If you have any easy good smoothie recipes I’d really appreciate it!!
Thank you!
I just break the banana up in a blender, cover with soy milk, add a couple dollops of plain yoghurt w/some honey to sweeten, give that a good whirl, and then just start adding frozen raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries, all the colors, in what ever combination you like….and add some mango or pineapple, too. I just keep adding the frozen stuff until it thickens and gets frosty, pour it into a glass, and then enjoy it with a spoon. It makes a big smoothie, but in your condition that shouldn’t matter. Don’t sweat the measurements…when it’s thick, it’s done, easy. It’s screaming with antioxidants and berry-licious!

Banana, artificial sweetener, milk, ice. You can add any of the following: any other fruit like peaches, strawberries; peanut butter, chocolate syrup, any flavor yogurt. Blend.
When, I had my wisdom teeth removed, I ate mashed potatoes, potato soup, macaroni and cheese (buy the frozen creamy kind).
Hope you feel better soon. Good luck.

1/2 cup Vanilla yogart or ice cream ( if you are not dieting)
1 banana
1/2 cup orange Juice
6 strawberries
Instead of strawberries you could do rasberries
You probably already know this, but don't sip through a straw, very bad idea. Trust me i did it.

poor you – I've been there. try this:
i ripe banana
a good dollop of natural yoghurt
smaller dollop of honey
cup of milk
blend it and sprinkle with nutmeg
OR, if you want it to be more filling, add 1/4 cup of wheatgerm
I found mashed potato and gravy was another good way to eat after having all four of my wisdom teeth out at once
