Banana pudding:
Place one layer of vanilla wafers in a baking dish.
Place bananas sliced into round pieces on top.
Cover with vanilla pudding.
Repeat until the dish is filled.
The last layer in top should be pudding.
Heat for 10 minutes at 350.
You can keep it in the refrigerator for 3 days if it lasts that long.

Here’s a quick litle banana dessert that the kids will LOVE watching you make. Take a banana and cut it in half lengthwise. Lay it down, flat side up. Sprinkle the flat side with as much sugar as it will hold. Get out your blow torch and "flame on"! In just a few seconds the sugar will caramelize and harden like glass and the banana will be cooked a little. Eat’em just like they are or use them to make a banana split, or just top some ice cream with it!
Happy Cooking!
