I heard about it on the morning news. Apparently you eat a banana for breakfast with a large glass of room temp water.
Then you eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner, no snacks, no dessert, you don’t eat after 8 pm and you have to be in bed by midnight. Has anyone tried this and does it work ?

I think that its a bad idea. Personally baananas make me gain weight that’s why I don’t eat them. It really depends on how your body reacts to them. Plus do you really want to be eating bananas for breakfast for the rest of your life? it’s really not practical. Please try to eat a well balanced diet, that way you get your nutrients so you can stsay healthy.

haha the banana diet! but seriously i think a banana for breakfast is a little small, especially as breakfast is the most important meal of the day. breakfast speeds up the metabolism , have the banana chopped on some 30-40g oatmeal made with 200 ml semi skimmed milk. then have whatever for lunch and dinner and no snacks.. but treat yourself once in a while…
honestly a lifestyle change is the way to go. everything in moderation- none of these fad diets
