Ingredients
4 bananas
3 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup brown sugar
Knob of butter
Whipped cream for topping
Chopped nuts
Method
1. Place sugar, cream, milk and butter in a pan.
2. Boil for 2 minutes.
3. Cool the mixture.
4. Slice the bananas into a dish.
5. Pour the mixture over the bananas.
6. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
7. Chill in refrigerator.

High Protein Banana Mini-Loaf
Ingredients
105g steel cut oats (or grinded oats)
9 egg whites 1 scoops vanilla protein powder
8grams SF FF Banana pudding mix (1 serving)
90 grams raw banana
Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste (optional)
2-3 packets of splenda (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In bowl mix all ingredients together making sure it is blended well.
Spray mini loaf pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into mini loaf pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
